New vanity tops and sinks for 3 bathroom. 1t is small 1/2 bath with small one sink vanty. It has a new sink so just looking for vanity top. 2nd is 2 sink vanity top and a new white toilet. 3rd one sink long vanity and a new white toilet. Looking at updating for future sale of home. Not looking for top line granite etc.

I am interested in adding on to my home while in the middle of our rebuilding. My current home is 1632 sf. What I would like to do is add on to my kitchen and master bed room, both are in the back of the the home but on both levels (the home is a two story). Approx add on is 342 sf or a 9w x 23l. Moving to KC (looking to buy a home in Parkville). The house we are considering is new construction with about 1200 sq ft of unfinished basement. What is the ball park square footage price to finish with framing a bedroom, installing a bath and the rest as media room with bar? I realize this is general, but I want a general idea of costs. Add 8 foot by 21 foot extension to family room including dormer type roof over addition with sliding glass door on 8 foot wide wall and floor to ceiling windows on 21 foot wide wall. Slope of yard will result in additon being about 4.5 feet above ground. Exterior brick up to floor level with vinyl siding from floor level to roof.

I am selling my house. I need to replace my whirlpool tub in my master bath. It is a corner whirlpool tub that is 60 inches by 60 inches. It is 18.5 inches tall. I have seen a nearly identical tub at Lowes (but it is 22 inches tall). Please provide an estimate for replacing my tub or installing the tub from Lowes.
